Steps of Engagement

  1. Conversation - we meet in person (or by Zoom) to see if we are a good fit, go over the needs of your business, and determine the value we can offer.

  2. Bid- we create a bid for the work and present to you for discussion, similar to a construction project bid

  3. Contract - we mutually agree on the price for the work, sign a contract for services, and begin.

  4. Change Orders - if the work turns out to be much more involved than the initial evaluation, we would discuss and create change orders, again similar to a construction project.

  5. Updates - we revisit the contract and services annually and adjust as needed.
